Jaimie Hall Bruzenak

JAIMIE HALL BRUZENAK is an author, freelance writer, speaker and RV lifestyle expert. After eight years of full-time RV travel, Jaimie and her late husband bought a home base in Arizona in 2000. She now travels part-time with her new husband, George Bruzenak, photographer. Jaimie has authored the bible of working on the road, Support Your RV Lifestyle. She is a contributing editor at Workamper.com and moderates the forums plus writes a regular column and articles for their print magazine. With Alice Zyetz, she authored RV Traveling Tales: Women’s Journeys on the Open Road, The Woman’s Guide to Solo RVing and, their latest, Retire to an RV: The Roadmap to Affordable Retirement.

Says Jaimie, “RVing changed the direction of my life and gave me experiences I would never have had otherwise. We were able to support ourselves while traveling our beautiful country. Traveling by RV, either full-time or part-time, is a different experience than you would have “hoteling it.”

ALICE ZYETZ, who passed away in 2012, was an RV Lifestyles expert who wrote and spoke about a variety of RV topics and specialized in women travelers, Boomers ready to retire, and handicapped travelers. She authored two books: You Shoulda Listened to Your Mother, based on her pre-RV experience as a business consultant, and Taking the Mystery Out Of Retiring to an RV, a compact, resource-filled introduction to RV retirement. Alice and Jaimie teamed up in 2004 and began co-authoring books.
